It comes down to an individual's right versus the rights of a community. It's a very delicate balance. BTW: I hold a very strict view of "rights" as in only those explicitly enumerated in the U.S. Constitution. I know this is not the most popular view and many people will try/have tried to shoot it down, but I stand by it anyway. It comes down to an individual’s right versus the rights of a community. It’s a very delicate balance.
