Just saw Trans-Siberian Orchestra live… WOW! This is my third year in a row, and this time was even more lights… more lasers… more fire… more neo-classical symphonic power delivered with relentless energy for three hours of Yuletide explosion that made my chops water!
There are two touring troupes, and the one that comes to Albany features Chris Caffrey, Alex Skolnick, Mark Wood, Dave Z, Jeff Plate, Bob Kinkel, Jennifer Cella, and more… with members of the Albany Symphony Orchestra that sit in as (you guessed it) the orchestra.

I'm a Christ-follower, compelled by my faith toward reason, which points directly toward conservatism. This world's daily onslaught of lunacy offends my intellect and senses, so this is my venue to blow off steam.

Hey I’m going to a TSO concert in Houston December 27. Are they great live???
Yes, they are incredible live. I just saw them again yesterday.
Epic!!!! You will be simply blown away!!!!
A tighter sound, you will never find.. This show rocks in every sense of the word.. You will never forget this show!!, I guarantee you.
Just saw them yesterday – absolutely astounding! Possibly the best live show I’ve ever seen in terms of pure musical performance. It’s a fusion of storytelling and outstanding symphonic rock virtuosity. Very original and powerful.
