@Will – I must agree with you. Anyway, they’re still young and they have a long way to go. They can do a lot of practice to improve their voice and diction.

I don’t think that they have the star quality that the audience are looking for. I guess they’re still very young and their manager should do something about it. Perhaps giving them more voice lessons.

It is a shame that these talented, sweet girls were born and raised into such a strange and backwards environment. There is no question that this is a case of nurture rather than nature, it’s just such a shame that their abilities have been used for good rather than evil. Imagine what they could accomplish in the right hands!

This is the first I have heard of the twins and ‘Prussian Blue’. I can’t believe that in the 21st century, in the height of the Information (or Digital) Age, that people still think this way. The Internet can truly expose someone to many things beyond the borders of their city, or town, or even village (go Allegany!). An estimated 62 million people died in W-W-two (reference: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_War_Two) because the world was trying to sqwelch that idealology. Hopefully these girls will turn on their computer one day and do some searching online about the truth. As for their parents, well, call it fate, call it karma, but they will get theirs.
BTW, nice choice of words! You were talking about the music, and threw in the words “dire straits”. Nice reference to one of the all time greats – intentional or not!
