John Petrucci, a guitar master and prog-rock genius playing for the band Dream Theater, will be giving a clinic in Albany, NY this weekend while his band is in town doing a show… a show which I have tickets to. 
The clinic will be at Trick Shot Billiards [map] – right behind Parkway Music – on Sunday, May 18, from 3-5pm. Tickets are $5 at the door and space is limited so plan accordingly. Dream Theater’s concert starts at 7pm that same night at the Armory.
I'm a Christ-follower, compelled by my faith toward reason, which points directly toward conservatism. This world's daily onslaught of lunacy offends my intellect and senses, so this is my venue to blow off steam.

I guarantee you will not be disappointed. I haven’t been disappointed with any of the 4 times I’ve seen them. The NYS Fair was the only one that seemed a little short because they were the opening act for Yes.
Yeah, I’m really looking forward to it. I’ve never been inside the Armory (not that one, anyway).
I know Petrucci is going to blow me away.
