The Chronic-WHAT-cles of Narnia!

Of course I saw The Chronicles of Narnia and I really enjoyed it. I only read a smattering of the tales as a youngling… and I don’t remember much. Someone told me to read the book before I go see the movie but that violates a very tried and true principle I hold dear: Never read the book, then when you see the movie you can’t say the book was better.

Anyways, here is a video clip that is truly hilarious. It’s a hard gangsta-rap all about Narnia and cupcakes (for the most part). It was an SNL skit… and don’t try and drink anything while you watch unless you have a spare keyboard. Oh yeah… once you watch it the title of this post will make sense.

this skit was rad. i loved it. its also spawned a few parodies by a couple of little boys, a couple of teenage girls and now the west coast reply: lazy monday.

While I like Lazy Sunday better, I must admit that Lazy Monday had some pretty catchy beats and clever references. :-)
