State of the Blog

I am working on a new theme for this blog. It will be done in a month or so. Shortly thereafter, this current theme will be stripped down, prettied up a bit, and offered as a public Wordpress theme.

As a note of trivia, currently I have had 67,814 spam comments caught by Akismet before they could see light-of-day.

    Askimet has only snagged about 10% of that number for my site. What does a guy have to do to get more spam these days?

    @ Mike :: Maybe because your site is respectable and doesn’t appeal to shady, spam-happy, riff-raff like mine does. I can suggest some content to fix that, but I wouldn’t if I was you. :-)
