So Long USAA Credit Card

After 15 years using a USAA credit card I canceled it today simply because the “specialist” on the phone – Erica Valadez – treated me like I was nothing but a number. Ummm, people are beating down my mailbox to give me credit cards with cute gifts or 0% for a year… and you think after 15 years of paying my full balance on time that I’m your slave?!

    As a member of USAA since 1954, I HAVE NOTHING BUT THE HIGHES REGRARD FOR USAA AND ANY OF YOUR STAFF WITH WHOM i HAVE COME INTO CONTACT.
    THEY HAVE BEEN UUNIVESALLY POLITE AND HELPFUL!!

    It is a same that the costumer service of some of the credit card companies take their credit card users for granted.Especially after you been their costumer for 5 years. There are tons of credit card companies out there that are offering excellent deals and perks to attract new costumers.
