Well I’ve been busy working with Adobe Flash not only at work but at home as well. Here’s the latest concoction I’ve come up with for my personal homepage. It is completely done in Flash. I have implemented a handy system that allows people to automatically upgrade their Flash player to version 8 without ever leaving my site (unless they have JavaScript disabled… then that’s a whole ‘nother story).
Ultimately I am going to add sounds and music (some of the things that make Flash sites stand out) and maybe even some video and such… we’ll see.
But when you don’t hear from me just know that it’s because I’m totally geekin’ out.

I'm a Christ-follower, compelled by my faith toward reason, which points directly toward conservatism. This world's daily onslaught of lunacy offends my intellect and senses, so this is my venue to blow off steam.

I sent a comment via your contact me link . . . so if you didn’t get it, it needs help.
Darn it! The mail is broken!?
It was working… I swear…
Fixed. Nice catch.
How many time we were told not to hard code file paths?
Music, eh? I will make up a list of “must have” ANSI music songs you’ll want.
On your list… include that one song that goes like “nyoont nyewnt nyoint nyewnt nyoint.”

Steve:
Your site is realllllly cool:) I liked the music too-were you playing the guitar on that song? I like the orange in the water or whatever fluid that is-very neat graphic! Well sounds like you are in geeky heaven. Enjoy:)
Dude checked out the SteveMooradian Webpage. Like the tune that you opened the page with. Who was that?
Okay, to answer both of your questions… the opening song is not actually me playing, but i have played that song before and it would be a clever novelty to actually record mmyself playing ti and put THAT version up there.
It is called “316″ by Eddie Van Halen off Van Halen’s “For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge” album.
Great site, I had never heard that song and immediately assumed it was you. You are right though, you recording that song would bee cool. I am actually listening to your Hundred Monkey Theory on myspace. Pretty cool sounding. I like the female’s voice on the song Fly.
Thanks, Steven. The other songs on there are “Tempest” by Jesse Cook, and “Primary” by Van Halen.
Okay, I just checked the site and I forgot that I switched up the order a bit… so just to be clear, here is the order of the songs.
1) Tempest – Jesse Cook
2) 316 – Van Halen
3) Primary – Van Halen
Great job! I was a bit impressed AND i love the music choice!
