These spammers probably have it down to a science where bots not only randomly generate fake userid's but also search for existent domain names and randomly snag a bunch for attaching to their userids. Then send out millions and millions of emails. I cannot in my wildest imagination comprehend the faulty thought processes involved to engage in commerce with a spammer. Especially when it's things like drugs and anti-spamware and genetalia manipulation!?!? Yeah, I know it.
