Letter in TU

The Albany Times Union has printed my letter regarding charter schools and standards-based education. Although, they printed the original one I sent, rather than the revised one I sent them two days later. I really think the revised one reflects my truer views. But as I re-read the old one it still twangs with my resonance. :-)
