		<description>On a purely side note to your comment... should anyone with dubious motives inquire... only if a non-business claims greater than a certain threshold of licenses (I think five) are they required to provide any proof of the fact.   

My licenses came with desktops and laptops.  I'd never intentionally buy one outright. (except for Windows 98... I did buy that one)</description>
