I do check my site… but the problem is that your school blocks the source location of this particular flash file. Nothing I can do.

then why all of a sudden it just stops working. before 3/9/09 i could get on zap and now i cant on the schools comp. somthing must have been done either on your end or the other sites end.

Yep. And since I told you it was on your school’s end that narrows down the choices.
it wasnt my school. my mom works for the school i go to and she assures me that nothing has changed.(she still wont give me the password) anyways dont take it the wrong way but what about the provider of hey zap arcade. im saying that they must have changed something because if the school found heyzap from this url it would all be blocked for me not just zap.

It’s possible that, even though nobody “changed” anything at your school, your school recently start blocking the heyzap stuff. Most institutions like schools subscribe to services that provide a list of certain types of sites (porn, games, gambling, etc.). Once subscribed, your school can block anything in whatever categories it chooses. The lists of these sites are continually updated, and the service on your school’s computers no doubt gets an update (daily or weekly) from the service… much like you would for your anti-virus software. Negative99 is small-ish enough to evade the radar of many of these services (and when checked it looks like a blog)… but Heyzap probably was added to the list, and that’s when you were unable to play that one anymore.
just one question, how would it pick up zap and not your entire site. you would think thats its either all or none not just a small part.
The fact that heyzap is blocked but not the site is because heyzap is a flashfile on other websites, and is a website itself, so the reason your schools don’t show heyzap is because heyzap has been blocked, and it’s also a huge flash file, so the school system probably picked it up
did you take off hey zap to do work on the file or is it just not working anymore? because on any computer of mine i dont see zap anymore.
