I’ve been jawing about this a while (too long)… but there is seriously a new design for this blog coming very soon. It will be another light-on-dark color scheme… but very colorful, slightly space-themed, and demi-minimalistic.

I used to use (until 17 minutes ago) 1&1 Internet Hosting for all my websites, including this blog. Now, I’ve had problems with them frequently, but the past 3 days have been beyond anything readily comparable. My blog has just passed a milestone… over 100,000 spam comments. Thanks to Akismet only a small percentage actually make it to a real comment (after which I whack it myself). Thanks to all the spammers and internet crooks, from Brazil to Russia to Nigeria, who made this day possible.
