What a great story this is. Sometimes life’s lessons come in the most unexpected packages.
There was just a great little tidbit on Military.com [article link] about the benefits of working out with free weights (regular dumbbells and barbells) versus the benefits of using machines built for specific exercises. I actually use both depending on what muscles I’m working and where in my routine I am.
I hope everyone has a safe and joyous New Year tonight. I’m relishing the few days I’ll get to relax and try and recover from the hustle and bustle that each December brings. Perhaps I’ll even ponder a resolution or two…
